Why Do We Give?
At New Breed Grace Baptist Church, we believe that giving is a major indicator of our sincere love for God. John 3:16 says “God so loved the world that He gave…” Giving allows us to demonstrate that He is more important to us than material things.
We believe you can’t outgive God, so when you’re trusting Him with your tithes and offerings we know that He will bless the rest (Proverbs 3:9-10 and Malachi 3:10-12).
We believe also that giving is a proof of your faith and reliance on God, His Word and His provisions for us in Christ Jesus.
How Do I Give?
We have partnered with Tithely to provide you a robust giving platform. Tithely is a free giving platform that enables you to give to New Breed Grace Baptist Church quickly and conveniently. It’s easy to set up and use, and makes giving to support our church as simple as a few taps on your phone. Plus, you can set up a recurring giving and you can cancel it at any time.
Cash or Check
You can give by cash or check at New Breed Grace Baptist Church during our weekly services. If you are giving cash or would like to designate your gift, please fill out an offering envelope available at all of our services. This will help us acknowledge your giving at New Breed.
Online
You can give gifts online at newbreedgrace.org/give or at an iPad kiosk in the sanctuary. You can complete payment directly from your bank, simply by authenticating your bank credentials through our easy-to-use form. It is as simple as sending a check, but with the visibility, security, and speed of a digital payment.
CashApp
You can also give using your mobile device through CashApp (817-812-7092) and following the instructions to complete your donation. Feel free to use your mobile device to give during our weekly services or at your own convenience. Everytime you give, you will have a electronic receipt and also track your giving.
Mobile Giving
1. DOWNLOAD Givelify
Download the free Givelify app on your iPhone or Android device. Once the app is downloaded, open it up and click “Create Account”.
2. CREATE AN ACCOUNT
After clicking “Create Account” you will be brought to a page where you will be required to enter your personal information. You will also be required to create a password and four digit pin.
3. FIND OUR CHURCH
After creating your Givelify account, you will be brought to the Givelify App home page. Type “New Breed Grace Baptist Church” into the “Find a Church” search bar, select New Breed Grace Baptist Church and you will be brought to our giving page.
4. GIVE NOW
Once you have completed STEP 3 above, you can now click on the “Give Now” button to give to New Breed Grace Baptist Church. You can also use the “Quick Give” button to give if you have previously given an amount before. With “Quick Give” your last amount and giving fund selected, will be used for your giving.
What Is Tithing?
A tithe—which just means “tenth”—is defined as the first 10% of a person’s income that is to be given back to the local church. Tithing is a principle that is taught throughout the entire Bible. When we tithe, we are expressing worship in a tangible way by putting God first in our lives.
Bringing our tithes is an opportunity for us to give God our thanks, show God we trust Him, and fight against greed in our hearts…all while allowing us to be a part of the most important work in life that is spreading the Good News of Jesus Christ!
